Request for Permission to Reprint or Reproduce the ETEI Emissions Trading Handbook The Emissions Trading Education Initiative was formed to advance the awareness and understanding of emissions trading by business and the general public. The Emissions Trading Handbook (the Handbook) is published as part of the ETEI educational mission. To this end, interested parties may reproduce the Handbook, all or in part, for personal use. The Emissions Trading Handbook may not be reprinted or reproduced electronically for purpose of resale or use in or as a resource for commercial seminars, conference programs, or websites. Permission to reprint the Handbook or reproduce it electronically, all or in part, for other purposes may be granted at the discretion of the ETEI Working Group. Consideration will be given upon completion and submittal of this form. All use of Handbook contents must be acknowledged with listing of the ETEI website and acknowledgment of permission of use.
